The invention provides a soil and stone wall protection construction method. The soil and stone wall protection construction method comprises the following steps that a, a hole forming device is adopted to sink to the first preset depth at the position of a foundation pile of a soft soil body, and a pile hole is formed; b, the pile hole is filled with aggregate and/or stone, the hole forming device is utilized for ramming and breaking original soil and stone bodies and the aggregate and/or stone in the pile hole, the original soil and stone bodies and the aggregate and/or stone are broken down, and the original soil and stone bodies and the aggregate and/or stone are laterally extruded into the hole wall of the pile hole; c, the hole forming device continues to sink to the second preset depth; and d, the step b and the step c are repeated till the final design depth is reached, and therefore the original soil and stone bodies and the aggregate and/or stone extruded into the hole wall form a wall protection barrel used for reinforcing the hole wall. The hole forming device comprises at least one hammer body, and each hammer body comprises a hammer main body and a work part located at the bottom of the hammer main body.
