The invention discloses a construction method for a high slope concrete slope protection project. The construction method comprises the following construction processes of: positioning and lofting a hole site; erecting a drilling machine operation platform; putting a drilling machine in place; drilling; manufacturing an anchor cable; mounting the anchor cable; grouting; mounting an anchorage device; constructing a concrete lattice beam; tensioning the anchor cable; sealing the anchor; finishing a surface layer; forming an anchoring body with certain strength by utilizing proportioned cement mortar at the bottom end of an anchor hole with effective depth and a peripheral soil layer; and then under the action of the anchor cable, stably combining an unstable soil layer part with the lattice beam and a concrete panel into a whole, so that the stability of a slope is ensured, structural cracks are not further developed, and the protection purpose is achieved. According to the construction method, the lattice beam and the prestressed anchor cable are mainly applied and are organically combined, and concrete is cast in place after the lattice beam and the prestressed anchor cable are fixed by using a template, so that the quality of the formed concrete meets the design requirement, and the appearance is good; and large machinery is not needed in the construction process, so that the cost is saved, a working surface can be segmented, layered and operated at the same time, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种高边坡混凝土护坡工程施工工法,施工流程为:孔位定位放样→钻机作业平台的搭设→钻机就位→钻孔→锚索制作→安装锚索→注浆→锚具安装→砼格构梁施工→锚索张拉→封锚→面层修整,利用配比好的水泥砂浆在有效深度的锚孔底端与周边土层形成具有一定强度的锚固体,而后在锚索的作用下,将不稳定的土层部分稳固地与格构梁及混凝土面板组成整体,确保边坡的稳定,不使构造裂隙进一步发展,从而达到防护目的,本发明主要应用格构梁和预应力锚索,把两者有机的结合,用模板固定后现浇混凝土,使成型的砼质量符合设计要求,外观良好;施工过程无需使用大型机械,节约了成本,工作面可分段分层同时作业,加快了施工进度,提高了施工效率。
