The lever floating ball valve rainwater and balcony water diversion device comprises a rainwater and sewage collecting box, a rainwater pipe access port, a 45-degree elbow, a rainwater outlet, a hollow floating ball, a conical valve cover, a support rod, a supporting partition plate, a balcony sewage outlet, a water seal and a lifting lug. The rainwater and sewage collecting box is a cuboid, and the size of the rainwater and sewage collecting box is 300 mm in length, 150 mm in width and 300 mm in height. When the device is used, a lever floating ball valve is utilized to realize the separation of balcony sewage and roof rainwater. In dry days, the hollow floating ball is heavy, so that the valve is in an open state, and balcony sewage flows into a sewage pipeline through the balcony sewage outlet. In rainy days, due to the fact that the water amount is large, the displacement amount of the balcony sewage outlet is limited, rainwater is gradually accumulated in a box body, the floating ball rises, the valve is gradually closed, the roof rainwater flows into a rainwater pipeline through the rainwater outlet, and therefore separation of the roof rainwater and the balcony sewage of the community is achieved.
