The invention discloses an anti-seismic combination device for buildings. The device comprises a connecting sleeve plate, an anti-seismic device, fastener sleeves, outer support arm plates and early warning devices, wherein the connecting sleeve plate is of a cross-shaped supporting plate frame structure, a square cavity is formed in a supporting plate at each side, and fixing cavities are formed in the transverse axis and the longitudinal axis of the connecting sleeve plate and used for connecting and fixing building lapping rods; the anti-seismic device comprises lifting components and swinging and pressing components, two sets of lifting components are installed at the outer side of the longitudinal fixing cavity and are symmetrically arranged up and down, and the swinging and pressing components are installed at the outer side of the transverse fixing cavity and embedded into the square cavity; the fastener sleeves are fixedly arranged on the outer side walls of the building lapping rods in a sleeving manner; the outer support arm plates are used for connecting the fastener sleeves on the adjacent building lapping rods which are of a right-angle structure; and the early warning devices are used for connecting the two sets of outer support arm plates on the opposite angles of the square space surrounded by the adjacent building lapping rods.
