Curtain with flame-retardant, shading and anti-ultraviolet functions and manufacturing process thereof
The invention relates to a curtain with flame-retardant, shading and anti-ultraviolet functions and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1), manufacturing a shading fabric; (2) manufacturing a fabric with shading and anti-ultraviolet functions; (3) manufacturing a fabric with flame-retardant, shading and anti-ultraviolet functions; and (4) processing the fabrics into a curtain. The process is capable of: firstly manufacturing the shading fabric from polyester chips with shading property, then padding the shading fabric in an anti-ultraviolet solution, performing pre-drying and baking to obtain the fabric with shading and anti-ultraviolet functions, finally calendering a polymer with flame retardant property to prepare a film, bonding the film with the fabric with the shading and anti-ultraviolet functions to obtain the fabric with flame-retardant, shading and anti-ultraviolet functions, and manufacturing the curtain. The manufacturing process is simple, and combines a padding method and a calendering coating method, so that the curtain can obtain permanent light-shading, flame-retardant and anti-ultraviolet properties.
