Attapulgite-based floating island ecological filler and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an attapulgite-based floating island ecological filler. The filler comprises a filler manufacturing device, the filler manufacturing device comprises a base, the left side of the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a stirring device, the middle position of the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a drying device, and the right side of the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a granulator. The attapulgite is modified by hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide solution in sequence, so that the adsorption performance, including adsorption of metal cations and adsorption of phosphoric acid anions, of the attapulgite can be remarkably improved; meanwhile, due to slow release of beneficial bacteria and the facultative environment where the filler is located, the effectiveness of EM strains can be better exerted, and proliferation and release of the EM strains are promoted; in addition, floating island plants grow more flourishing due to enrichment of nutrient elements of the filler, the floating island plants can be placed in rivers and lakes, so that generation of algae can be effectively reduced, and the great significance on prevention and treatment of blue-green algae is increased.
本发明提供一种基于凹土的浮岛生态填料，包括填料制造装置，所述填料制造装置包括底座，所述底座的上端左侧固定连接有搅拌装置，所述底座的上端中间位置固定连接有干燥装置，所述底座的上端右侧固定连接有造粒机。先后经盐酸、氢氧化钠溶液的改性，可显著增加凹土吸附性能，既包括对金属阳离子的吸附，也包括对磷酸阴离子的吸附；同时有益菌的缓慢释放以及填料所处的兼性环境可更好的发挥EM菌种的有效性，促进其增殖与释放；此外，浮岛植物因填料营养元素富集使成长更为茂盛，将其置于河湖中，可有效减少藻类的产生，增加对于蓝藻防治意义重大。
