The invention discloses a gypsum parallel flow calcinator which comprises a calcination shell used for bearing gypsum powder, and provided with a feeding port and a discharging port in the two sides respectively, with the discharging port being lower than the feeding port; convection mechanisms used for blowing the gypsum powder to fluidize the gypsum powder; a bin partition plate used for dividing the calcination shell into a left circulating cavity and a right circulating cavity; wherein the convection mechanisms are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the calcination shell, a first-area heat exchange pipe, a second-area heat exchange pipe and a third-area heat exchange pipe are arranged in the calcination shell and communicate with one another, and a high-temperature medium, a medium-temperature medium and a high-temperature medium circulate in the first-area heat exchange pipe, the second-area heat exchange pipe and the third-area heat exchange pipe correspondingly; the gypsum powder circulates in the calcination shell and sequentially penetrates through gaps of the first-area heat exchange pipe, the second-area heat exchange pipe and the third-area heat exchange pipe to conduct parallel flow heat exchange. The gypsum powder is fluidized and presents a parallel flow heat exchange mode with the heat exchange mediums in the flowing process, the calcination efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the calcination quality can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种石膏并流煅烧器,包括煅烧壳体,用于承载石膏粉料,且两侧分别设置有进料口、出料口,出料口的高度低于进料口的高度;对流机构,用于吹动石膏粉料使其流态化;隔仓板,用于将煅烧壳体分为左右两个流通的腔室;其中,对流机构设置在煅烧壳体的上下两端,煅烧壳体内部设置有一区换热管、二区换热管以及三区换热管,一区换热管、二区换热管以及三区换热管连通且管内分别流通有高温介质、中温介质、高温介质,石膏粉料在煅烧壳体内部流通并依次穿过一区换热管、二区换热管以及三区换热管的间隙进行并流换热。发明实现石膏粉料流态化并在流动过程中与换热介质呈现并流换热模式,不仅提高煅烧效率,同时可保证煅烧质量。
