The silicon nitride ceramic part is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-80% of silicon powder, 20-50% of alpha-Si3N4, a binder accounting for 5-30% of the total mass of the silicon powder and alpha-Si3N4, and a sintering aid accounting for 0.5-5% of the total mass of the silicon powder and alpha-Si3N4, the silicon powder is industrial silicon powder, the purity is 99.5% or above, and the particle size of the powder is 5-70 microns; and the median particle size of the alpha-Si3N4 is 10 +/-0.5 [mu] m. The silicon nitride ceramic part provided by the invention not only can maintain the performance advantages of high strength, high bending resistance and high hardness of silicon nitride ceramic, but also can reduce the production cost and achieve the purpose of market promotion. The invention also provides a preparation method of thesilicon nitride ceramic part.
