A rotating worm is arranged between the front driving fulcrum shaft and the rear driving fulcrum shaft, and the front end and the rear end of the rotating worm are connected with the corresponding driving fulcrum shafts respectively. A rotating worm gear is arranged on the left side of the rotating worm and is meshed with the rotating worm; a rotating fulcrum shaft penetrates through and is fixed in the rotating worm gear, and the upper end of the rotating fulcrum shaft is rotationally arranged on the inner top surface of the fixed support through a bearing.
