Splayed special-shaped steel tower section machining process
The invention relates to a splayed special-shaped steel tower section machining process. The section of the steel tower section is octagonal, and the middle of the steel tower section is divided into four box shapes by a middle web plate and two side web plates; and gusset plates and partition plates are arranged in the whole steel tower, and the gusset plates and the partition plates divide the steel tower into five cavities. The machining process is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: S1, drawing a ground sample line; S2, carrying out initial vertical assembly; S3, assembling and welding a rear wall plate; S4, assembling and welding side web plates; S5, assembling and welding partition plates and gusset plates on the two sides of the side web plates; S6, assembling and welding the side wall plates; and S7, carrying out vertical force filling assembly welding. Steel tower sections are assembled and welded in a vertical splicing mode, a middle web plate area, an edge web plate area and an outer wall plate are sequentially assembled and welded on manufactured parts; and the welding efficiency is improved through vertical assembly welding, assembly welding errors can be reduced through symmetrical assembly welding, redundant steps are reduced, and the machining time is saved.
本发明涉及一种八字形异型钢塔节段加工工艺,钢塔节段为八边形截面,中间由一道中腹板和两道边腹板隔成四个箱形;在整个钢塔内部位置设置节点板、隔板,节点板、隔板将钢塔分隔成了五个腔体;其特征在于:具体加工工艺如下:S1:地样线的划设;S2:初始立拼装;S3:后壁板的装焊;S4:边腹板的装焊;S5:边腹板两侧的隔板、节点板装焊;S6:侧壁板的装焊;S7:竖向劲填充装焊;本发明中将钢塔节段采用立拼方式进行装焊,将完成制作的零部件先装焊中腹板区域,再装焊边腹板区域、最后装焊外壁板;立拼装焊提高了焊接效率,对称装焊可以减少装焊出错,减少冗余步骤,节省了加工时间。
