The light guide illumination structure comprises an inclined skylight, a light well, a light gathering cover and a light guide cylinder, and is characterized in that the inclined skylight (1) is arranged at a proper position of the stuffy top layer of the pitched roof, the light well (2) is arranged below the inclined skylight, the light gathering cover (3) is a high-light-transmission sunlight collecting and filtering spherical light gathering cover, the light gathering cover is arranged on the upper surface of the concrete flat roof board, the light guide cylinder (4) is a light conduction component based on the light reflection principle, a high-diffuse-reflection-rate coating aluminum alloy sleeve and an adjustable elbow are arranged in the light guide cylinder, the aluminum alloy sleeve and the adjustable elbow are both connected through additional lock catches, the top end of the light guide cylinder communicates with the light gathering cover (3).
