The invention provides a mobile operation trolley capable of lifting materials. The mobile operation trolley comprises a rectangular base plate frame (1), rollers (2) correspondingly installed at the bottoms of the four corners of the base plate frame, stand columns (3) installed at the four corners of the base plate frame, a cross beam (4) installed at the tops of the four stand columns and forming a rectangle, an operation platform (5) installed on the cross beam and a fence (6) installed on the periphery of the operation platform. Two parallel tracks (7) which climb obliquely are installed on the outer sides of the two stand columns located on the same side, a feeding frame (8) is assembled on the tracks, a winch (11) is installed on the base plate frame, and a winch steel rope (12) is connected with the feeding frame; a vertical ladder (13) with a protective cage (14) is installed on the outer sides of the two stand columns; and supporting leg cross beams (15) extending outwards are externally connected to the four corners of the base plate frame correspondingly, and downward supporting legs (16) are installed at the bottoms of the supporting leg cross beams. The construction safety can be guaranteed, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
