The invention discloses a construction method of a diaphragm wall slotted hole. The construction method comprises the steps that a percussion drill is adopted to drill a main hole of the slotted hole; an auxiliary hole of the slotted hole is formed by a grab bucket; when the percussion drill drills a first set distance away from the bedrock surface, a unit needs to sample once at least every second set distance and sample once every third set distance from the bedrock surface; and after the bedrock surface is preliminarily judged, sampling is conducted once every fourth set distance, and the depth of the bedrock surface is determined. The construction method of the diaphragm wall slotted hole aims at solving the problem that in the construction process of the diaphragm wall slotted hole, due to the complex geological structure, the excavation accuracy is reduced.
