The invention provides a buckle structure for an offshore wind turbine, the offshore wind turbine and a mounting method of the offshore wind turbine. The buckle structure comprises a fixing groove formed in the inner side wall of a tower and a buckle arranged on the outer side wall of a single pile, the fixing groove is of a continuously-bent groove-shaped structure, and the buckle can be clamped into the fixing groove along a preset path to achieve fixed connection of the tower and the single pile. Compared with a traditional mode that the tower and the single pile are directly connected through a bolt, the buckle structure has the advantages that through buckle type connection of the fixing groove and the buckle, rapid connection of the single pile and the tower is achieved, the offshore mounting operation efficiency is improved, the risk that bolt holes cannot be aligned and mounted due to tower deformation bolts is avoided, the fixing groove is of the continuously-bent groove-shaped structure, the buckle is prevented from falling off from the fixing groove, and the connecting stability is enhanced.
