High-skid-resistance asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-skid-resistance asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof, wherein the asphalt mixture comprises the components in percentage by volume: 0%-75% of limestone, 25%-90% of calcined bauxite, 6.0%-8.0% of SBS asphalt, 1.5%-3.5% of mineral powder and 0%-1% of lignin fibers. The sum of the volumes of the limestone and the calcined bauxite accounts for 90%-93% of the total volume of the asphalt mixture. The particle size of the limestone and the particle size of the calcined bauxite are both 2.36 mm-9.5 mm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking and heating limestone and calcined bauxite; adopting calcined bauxite with different proportions to replace limestone in an isovolumetric mode, to obtain an aggregate; and firstly, mixing the aggregate, then adding the asphalt for mixing, and then adding the mineral powder and the lignin fibers for mixing to obtain the asphalt mixture. The preparation process of the asphalt mixture is simple, the preparation cost is low, and the anti-skid durability of the pavement surface layer can be remarkably improved.
