The invention relates to a zero-whitening sulphoaluminate cement-based artificial stone and a preparation method thereof. The artificial stone comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 300-400 parts of sand, 10-30 parts of a solid waste material, 0-0.3 part of a water reducing agent, 10-20 parts of gypsum and 0.6-1 part of pigment. Compared with the prior art, the sulphoaluminate cement-based artificial stone has the advantages that a large amount of solid waste materials are recycled, and the sulphoaluminate cement-based artificial stone is of great significance in relieving natural resource shortage and reducing the production cost of the artificial stone; besides, due to the low alkalinity and the micro-aggregate property of the solid waste materials, the artificial stone achieves the effect of zero whitening, the uniformity and compactness of the internal structure of the artificial stone are realized, and the artificial stone has excellent properties such as high impermeability and corrosion resistance and is suitable for being used as a building decoration material.
