The invention discloses a road edge stone special for ardealite. The road edge stone is prepared from 40 to 60 parts of anhydrous ardealite, 20 to 30 parts of aluminosilicate industrial waste residue, 0.001 to 0.003 part of fiber, 0.05 to 0.5 part of exciting agent, 0.01 to 0.5 part of water repellent and 0.01 to 0.5 part of dispersing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pouring the anhydrous phosphogypsum, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, the fibers and the dispersing agent into a stirrer, and stirring; (2) dissolving an exciting agent in water for later use; (3) pouring the water dissolved with the exciting agent into a stirrer, and stirring; (4) putting the slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, and vibrating while pouring; (5) performing static pressure molding on the material which is well stood in the step (4); (6) mixing a water repellent with water, filling the mixture into a sprayer, and uniformly spraying the mixture on the surface of the green body; and (7) naturally curing the green body for 3-28 days, and then spraying a luminous layer. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, the phosphogypsum is efficiently utilized, the development of circular economy of the phosphorus chemical industry is promoted, and good ecological and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏专用路沿石，包括无水磷石膏40‑60份、铝硅酸盐类工业废渣20‑30份、纤维0.001‑0.003份、激发剂0.05‑0.5份、憎水剂0.01‑0.5份、分散剂0.01‑0.5份。其制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）将无水磷石膏、铝硅酸盐类工业废渣、纤维、分散剂倒入搅拌机中，搅拌；（2）将激发剂溶于水中备用；（3）将溶有激发剂的水倒入搅拌机中，搅拌；（4）将步骤（3）中形成的浆液放入模具中，边浇筑边振动；（5）将步骤（4）中静置好的物料进行静压成型；（6）将憎水剂与水混合，然后装入喷雾器中，均匀喷洒在坯体表面；（7）将坯体进行自然养护3‑28天，然后喷涂发光层。本发明制备方法简单，高效利用了磷石膏，推动磷化工产业循环经济的发展，具有良好的生态和经济效益。
