According to the invention, aluminum silicate is used as a main raw material, the glass fibers, the silane coupling agent and the carborundum are added, the mechanical strength of the fireproof material is improved, the expanded perlite and the SiO2 aerogel powder are compounded so as to enable the fireproof material to have good strength and toughness, the inorganic acid and the stabilizer are added, the cohesiveness and toughness of the material are effectively improved, and a coating film is coated on the outer layer of the fireproof material, so that molten drops can be prevented during combustion, the flame-retardant and smoke-suppressing functions are good, and the fireproof and heat-insulating effects are good.
