The invention discloses a fixing device for a tramcar turnout welding joint. The fixing device comprises a bottom plate, a first rail support, a second rail support, a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate. A first long groove and a second long groove are formed in the two ends of the bottom plate; a first protrusion and a second protrusion are arranged at the bottom of the first rail support and the bottom of the second rail support and located in the first long groove and the second long groove. The first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are arranged on the two sides of the welding joint. A first groove and a second groove are formed in the outer sides of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
