The invention discloses a joint construction method for a hot-mix asphalt mixture surface layer and an emulsified asphalt cold-recycling surface layer, the method comprises the following steps: milling an old pavement layer, and recycling an asphalt mixture for later use; laying a new roadbed layer beside the old roadbed layer, and after the new roadbed layer is maintained, laying an asphalt cold-recycling surface layer beside the old pavement layer; and after the asphalt cold-recycling surface layer is laid, the asphalt cold-recycling surface layer is rolled, and the asphalt cold-recycling surface layer which is 10 cm away from the joint of the asphalt cold-recycling surface layer and the old pavement layer is not rolled, after rolling is completed, interface treating fluid is poured in the non-rolled area, and rolling is conducted after pouring is completed. The joint construction method for the hot-mix asphalt mixture and the emulsified asphalt cold-recycling surface layer has the beneficial effects that the connection quality of the hot-mix asphalt mixture and the emulsified asphalt cold-recycling asphalt is improved, and the overall performance of an asphalt pavement is improved.
