The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, in particular to a tunnel fiber composite resin paving structure. The tunnel fiber composite resin paving structure sequentially comprises, from bottom to top, a concrete plate; a toughened epoxy resin waterproof bonding layer; a polyurethane rubber particle elastic absorption layer, wherein the polyurethane rubber particle elastic absorption layer is obtained by mixing a polyurethane cementing material and rubber particles; a steel slag embedding layer; a second-stage thermoplastic epoxy resin bonding layer; fiber composite cold-mixed high-toughness resin concrete lower surface layer is obtained by mixing materials including high-toughness resin, basalt aggregate, limestone mineral powder and carbon fibers at normal temperature; a halogen-free epoxy resin bonding layer; and a cold-mixed high-toughness resin mastic concrete upper surface layer. The paving structure is constructed at normal temperature in the whole course, the operation is simple, and no harmful substance is discharged; and the paving structure has high strength and stability, and solves the problem that the tunnel pavement structure deforms due to the temperature and load effect.
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,特别涉及一种隧道纤维复合树脂铺装结构。该隧道纤维复合树脂铺装结构从下到上依次包括:混凝土板;增韧环氧树脂防水粘结层;聚氨酯橡胶颗粒弹性吸收层,所述聚氨酯橡胶颗粒弹性吸收层由聚氨酯胶结料与橡胶颗粒拌和得到;钢渣嵌入层;二阶段热塑性环氧树脂粘结层;纤维复合冷拌高韧树脂混凝土下面层,所述的纤维复合冷拌高韧树脂混凝土由包括高韧树脂、玄武岩骨料、石灰岩矿粉和碳纤维的材料常温拌和得到;无卤环氧树脂粘结层;冷拌高韧树脂玛蹄脂混凝土上面层。本发明所述的铺装结构全程均为常温施工,操作简单,无有害物质的排放;且本发明的铺装结构具有较高的强度和稳定性,解决了隧道铺装结构因温度、荷载作用的变形难题。
