Tensioning anchorage device
The invention discloses a tensioning anchorage device, which comprises a columnar anchorage device body and a sealing cover, the anchorage device body is provided with a steel strand hole which penetrates in the axial direction and is used for installing a steel strand, and one end of the anchorage device body is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with the sealing cover; a second connecting part used for being connected with the first connecting part is arranged on the inner side wall, close to the end opening, of the sealing cover, the sealing cover is further provided with a slurry outlet pipe used for communicating the sealing cavity with the outer side of the sealing cover, and the slurry outlet pipe is connected with a slurry outlet valve. The anchorage device body is installed in the hole channel, and the steel strand penetrates through the steel strand hole and extends out of the prefabricated part. After the overlong steel strand on the outer side of the anchorage device body is cut off, the sealing cover is installed, and therefore a sealing cavity is formed between the sealing cover and the anchorage device body. Due to the fact that the sealing cover can bear a certain pressure, the sealing cavity has a certain pressure maintaining function after the soybean milk outlet valve is closed. After grouting, the pressure can be maintained under a higher pressure condition, so that the saturation degree of the slurry in the pore channel is improved, and the strength of the prefabricated part is improved.
本发明公开了一种张拉锚具,包括柱状的锚具本体和密封罩,锚具本体具有沿轴向贯穿、用以安装钢绞线的钢绞线孔,锚具本体的一端设有用以与密封罩相连的第一连接部,密封罩靠近端口的内侧壁设有用以与第一连接部相连的第二连接部,密封罩还设有用以将密封腔与密封罩外侧连通的出浆管,出浆管连有出浆阀门。锚具本体安装在孔道中,钢绞线穿过钢绞线孔延伸至预制件外。将锚具本体外侧过长的钢绞线切断后,安装密封罩,因而在密封罩和锚具本体之间形成密封腔。由于密封罩可承受一定的压力,因而当出浆阀门关闭后,密封腔具有一定的保压作用。压浆后可在更高的压力条件下进行保压,进而提高了孔道内浆液的饱和度,提高了预制件的强度。
