The invention discloses a construction technology for preventing an underground structure from floating upwards during earthwork backfilling. The construction technology is mainly a construction method for discharging underground water permeating into a backfilled trough in a manner that a water filtering facility and a water collecting well at the bottom of the trough are firstly buried and then run, that is, foundation pit earthwork, a cushion layer, a leveling layer, a waterproof and protective layer, an underground structure column wall beam plate and a column wall outer side waterproof layer and waterproof protective layer are sequentially constructed till the underground structure reaches an earthwork backfilling condition. According to the construction technology, the water filtering facility is arranged, and then earthwork backfilling is carried out on a foundation trough, so that the problem of difficult construction site land and traffic block is solved, the problem of underground water drainage is solved, and therefore it is guaranteed that a basement does not have the upward floating accident under the extreme condition.
本发明公开了一种防止土方回填时地下结构上浮的施工工艺,其主要是在肥槽底部的滤水设施、集水井以先埋设,后运行的方式,将渗入回填后肥槽内的地下水外排的一种施工方法,即依次完成基坑土方、垫层、找平层、防水及其保护层、地下结构柱墙梁板、柱墙外侧防水及防水保护层,待地下结构达到土方回填条件。本发明通过设置滤水设施,再进行基坑肥槽土方回填的方法,不但解决了施工现场用地与交通阻隔困难,而且解决了地下水外排,从而保证了地下室在极端条件下不发生上浮的事故。
