Recyclable high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcing method
The invention discloses a recyclable high-pressure jet grouting pile reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps that grading unloading is conducted on a side slope on the lower portion of a bridge to form an unloading platform; a high-pressure jet grouting pile is arranged on the unloading platform, fixing devices are arranged on the two sides of an inlet of the high-pressure jet grouting pile, and balance devices for maintaining vertical downward placement of downward placement steel are arranged on the fixing devices; balance holes are formed in the top of the downward placement steel, and the outer surface of the downward placement steel is coated with an antifriction agent; supporting rods are inserted into the balance holes, the downward placement steel is placed downwards into the high-pressure jet grouting pile along the balance devices under the action of a crane, the supporting rods are erected on the fixing devices, and after cement in the high-pressure jet grouting pile is solidified, the crane and the supporting rods are removed; and after construction of the lower portion of the bridge is completed, the downward placement steel is pulled out. The method has the advantages that the reinforcing method can improve the construction quality and reduce the requirement for a working face; after the function of a protection structure is completed, the downward placement steel can be pulled out and recycled, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种可回收高压旋喷桩加固方法,包括以下步骤:针对桥梁下部边坡进行分级卸载形成卸载平台;在卸载平台上设置高压旋喷桩,在高压旋喷桩入口的两侧设置固定装置,所述固定装置上设置有维持下放钢垂直下放的平衡装置;在下放钢的顶部设置平衡孔,并在下放钢的外表面涂覆减摩剂;将支撑杆插入平衡孔,在吊机的作用下将下放钢沿平衡装置下放至高压旋喷桩内,支撑杆架设在固定装置上,待高压旋喷桩内的水泥固化后,去掉吊机和支撑杆;待桥梁下部施工完成后,拔除下放钢。本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的加固方法能够提高施工质量,减少对工作面的需求;且在防护结构功能完成后,可以将下放钢拔出,重复利用、节约了施工成本。
