The manufacturing method of the fabricated building module comprises the following steps of (I) putting a steel plate on a forming part to be stamped into a waved plate; (II) enabling the waved plate to fall into an extrusion part to be extruded into an arc-shaped waved plate with the gradient radian; (III) spraying a heat insulation material on the arc-shaped upper surface of the arc-shaped waved plate by a spraying part; and (IV) opening a trough plate for discharging after airing. The building module is a radian gradient waved plate with heat insulation paint on the upper surface. The device can be used for processing the radian gradient waved plate with heat insulation paint on the upper surface, and the radian gradient waved plate can be conveniently used on various special-shaped buildings.
