The invention discloses a construction method of a fabricated embedded energy-saving curtain wall system. According to the construction method, a curtain wall is composed of two systems, namely an embedded window unit system and a beam and column wrapping unit system, the embedded window system adopts a unit type curtain wall form, an embedded window main body adopts factory-like full prefabrication, the beam and column wrapping system is manufactured in a semi-unit type curtain wall mode and is independently assembled on site, the factory degree of manufacturing and installation of the system is high, embedded window system plates are large, large-size integral structure installation is adopted in the construction process, small components and repeated construction in an existing curtain wall installation process are avoided, the installation technology is simple and convenient, the construction efficiency is higher, the beam and column wrapping system are installed in a hidden frame mode, all metal frame components of the beam and column wrapping system are not exposed on the outer surface, and the curtain wall is good in integrity and attractive in decoration effect.
本发明公开了装配式嵌入型节能幕墙体系施工工法,包括以下步骤:施工准备,主体结构完成后,将卷扬机等设备和各梁上的预埋件安装就位;本发明通过幕墙由两大系统组成:嵌型窗单元系统、包梁、柱单元系统。嵌型窗系统采用单元式幕墙形式,嵌型窗主体采用工厂化全预制;包梁、柱系统采用半单元式幕墙形式制作,现场独立拼装完成,系统制作安装工厂化程度高,嵌型窗系统板块大,施工时采用大尺寸整体结构式安装,避免了以往幕墙安装过程中小构件、重复式施工,安装工艺简便,施工效率更高,包梁、包柱系统采用隐框式安装,其金属框架构件全部不显露在外表面,幕墙的整体性好,装饰效果美观。
