The invention discloses a forming reinforcing steel bar for a prefabricated concrete column or a prefabricated concrete beam and a production method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of fabricated buildings. The forming reinforcing steel bar comprises a longitudinal reinforcing steel bar and a spiral bar, wherein the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar and the spiral bar are embedded in a prefabricated concrete main body; the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar is arranged in the length direction of the prefabricated concrete main body; and the spiral bar is spirally arranged around the outer side of the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar and is used for hooping the whole longitudinal reinforcing steel bar. The invention further discloses a forming reinforcing steel bar when the cross section of the prefabricated concrete part is L-shaped or T-shaped or cross-shaped and the reinforcing bar of the prefabricated concrete part belongs to the cage-in-cage condition. The invention further discloses a production method of the forming reinforcing steel bar. The forming reinforcing steel bar can be conveniently and automatically produced in a factory, so that the production efficiency of component prefabrication is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
