The adjustable cantilever frame device can facilitate leveling of a cantilever frame scaffold, the cantilever frame device comprises an embedded part, first I-shaped steel, second I-shaped steel and a scaffold adjusting part, the part, penetrating out of a concrete slab, of the embedded part comprises a threaded rod, the first I-shaped steel extends in the penetrating-out direction of the embedded part, the first I-shaped steel is detachably connected to the threaded rod, the second I-shaped steel is horizontally laid on the top surface of the first I-shaped steel, the first I-shaped steel and the second I-shaped steel are fixedly connected, the two ends of the scaffold adjusting part are connected to the top face of the second I-shaped steel and the bottom of the scaffold correspondingly, and the distance between the scaffold and the second I-shaped steel is adjusted by rotating the scaffold adjusting part.
