The construction tool comprises a fixing seat and a fixing mechanism, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises a first installing base, a second installing base, a first screw bolt, a second screw bolt, a first pressing plate, a second pressing plate, a first installing groove and a second installing groove; the first installing base and the second installing base are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing base; the first installing groove and the second installing groove are respectively formed in the first installing base and the second installing base; the first installing base and the second installing base are of cavity structures; floor plates are located at the first installing groove and the second installing groove; the first screw bolt and the second screw bolt respectively penetrate through the upper end surface of the first installing base and the upper end surface of the second installing base; the bottom of the first screw bolt and the bottom of the second screw bolt are respectively connected with the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate; the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are respectively located at the first installing groove and the second installing groove; and the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are pressed at the upper end of the floor plates. The embodiment of the invention overcomes the defect that constructors are inconvenient to lay the floor plates.
