Reinforced concrete structural column reinforcing structure and method
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete structural column reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure comprises reinforcing components and connecting columns, the reinforcing components are evenly distributed in the vertical direction, every two adjacent reinforcing components are connected through at least two connecting columns, the upper end face of the topmost reinforcing component and the lower end face of the bottommost reinforcing component are respectively provided with at least four connecting columns which are evenly distributed around the axes of the reinforcing components. The construction method comprises the four steps of structural column prefabrication, slotting operation, support grouting and maintenance operation. On one hand, the device is simple in structure, good in universality, low in preparation and construction cost, convenient to install and construct and capable of effectively meeting the requirements of reinforcing operation of various structural columns of different structural types; and on the other hand, the working efficiency of structural column strength reinforcing operation can be greatly improved, meanwhile, the stability of the overall structural strength of the structural column after reinforcing operation can be improved, and the defects of isolation interface defects and uneven stress distribution between an original structural column and newly-added reinforcing concrete during traditional reinforcing operation are overcome.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土结构柱补强结构,包括强化构件、连接柱,各强化构件间沿竖直方向均布,相邻两个强化构件间通过至少两条连接柱连接,位于最顶部强化构件上端面及位于最底部强化构件下端面均与至少四条环绕强化构件轴线均布的连接柱。其施工方法包括结构柱预制,开槽作业,支护注浆及养护作业等四个步骤。本发明一方面设备结构简单,通用性好,制备及施工成本低廉,同时安装施工便捷,可有效满足多种不同结构类型结构柱补强作业的需要;另一方面可极大的提高结构柱强度补强作业的工作效率,同时可提高补强作业后结构柱整体结构强度的稳定性,消除传统补强作业时原始结构柱与新增补强混凝土间的隔离界面缺陷和应力分布不均的缺陷。
