The connecting structure comprises a steel column, a stiffening connecting plate, a buckling-restrained steel plate, a shoe beam web, a positioning anchor bolt, a plate lower support rib plate, a beam penetrating anchor bolt, prestressed parts, a built prestressed beam, a built structural plate, a shoe beam rib plate, a lower support steel plate, a shoe beam transverse plate, a column bottom cushion layer, a column base bottom plate, a sizing block, a lower support side plate and the like. The anchor bolts on the plate are connected with a lower steel plate support, the internal force of the column base is effectively transmitted to a new and old structure combined joint, the problem that the anchoring number and length cannot meet the design requirement is solved, and meanwhile, the ultimate bearing capacity of connection between the column base and the built structure is improved; the post-built column base joint guarantees improvement of the overall rigidity and the anti-seismic property of the joint while the performance of a built structure is not damaged, and the design principle that structural parts are connected with weak parts in a strong mode is better achieved; and the column base joint is simple in structure and facilitates construction of the prefabricated parts.
