The underwater lifting annular platform comprises an annular platform body, a guide rail, a translation trolley, a translation guide rail, a fixed base and a traction system; the annular platform is composed of six fan-shaped tables, four lifting rails are arranged at the lower ends of the fan-shaped tables, and each lifting rail comprises an inclined section and a side groove; the translation trolley comprises a lifting guide wheel, a translation travelling wheel and a translation guide wheel; the lifting guide wheel is embedded in the groove; the translation guide rail and the fixed base are fixedly arranged, and the translation travelling wheel is arranged on the upper end face of the translation guide rail; the two ends of the fixed base are each provided with a limiting wheel; the traction system comprises a plurality of sections of traction ropes and a plurality of steering wheels; and the traction rope forms a power traction loop corresponding to the translation trolley. The underwater lifting annular platform has the beneficial effects that the device is economical, stable and reliable, and has no potential hazard of electric leakage in water; and the risk of hydraulic oil leakage when hydraulic lifting equipment is used is avoided.
