The invention discloses a multi-layer underground garage with an indoor atrium. At least one hole is formed in a floor slab between multi-layer underground garage bodies; longitudinal spaces which are mutually communicated between the multi-layer underground garage bodies form one or more indoor atrium bodies; the total area of the holes in each layer is smaller than or equal to half of the area of the floor slab of each layer; a comprehensive pipe gallery is further arranged in the underground garage bodies; all pipelines are installed in the comprehensive pipe gallery; and a communicating hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the comprehensive pipe gallery, of the floor slab. Compared with the prior art, the multi-layer underground garage has the beneficial effects that the indoor atrium bodies are arranged, so that the situation that the health of a user is affected by a low underground garage is avoided, meanwhile, the problem of sealing of the underground garage is reduced, and the quality of the underground garage is improved; and the comprehensive pipe gallery is arranged, and the comprehensive pipe gallery communicates with two or more layers, so that the influence of the pipelines on the underground garage is reduced, the use efficiency and quality of the underground space are improved, the comfort degree of the underground garage is increased, and meanwhile, the construction cost of the underground garage is reduced.
本发明公开了一种带室内中庭的多层地下车库，多层地下车库本体间的楼板上至少开设1个洞口，多层地下车库本体间相互连通的纵向空间构成1个或多个室内中庭，各层洞口的开洞总面积小于等于各层楼板面积的一半，地下车库本体内还设有综合管廊，所有管线均安装于综合管廊内，楼板上对应综合管廊处开设有联通洞口。与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：设置室内中庭，避免低矮地下车库影响使用者健康，同时减少地下车库密闭问题，提高地下车库品质，设置综合管廊，且综合管廊联通两层或两层以上，减少管线对地下车库的影响，提高地下空间使用效率和品质，增加地下车库的舒适度，同时降低了地下车库的建设成本。
