The invention provides a self-resetting viscous energy dissipation support based on a disc spring, and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering disaster prevention and shock absorption. The self-resetting viscous energy dissipation support is formed by combining a viscous damper and the combined disc spring in parallel and is mainly composed of a left end plate, a right end plate, the viscous damper, an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, the combined disc spring, an inner stop block, baffles and an outer stop block; and the viscous damper is fixedly connected to the inner side of the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve is a piston rod of the viscous damper and is connected with the left end plate, and the outer sleeve is fixedly connected with the right end plate. The combined disc spring is arranged on the inner sleeve in a penetrating and sleeving manner and is arranged between the baffles. According to an energy dissipation device based on the combined disc spring and the viscous damper, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve relatively slide, then the inner stop block and the outer stop block are driven to push the baffles to slide in the opposite directions, finally, the combined disc spring is extruded, and therefore the combined disc spring is in the pressed state all the time no matter whether the device is pulled or pressed. The support can guarantee the deformation and bearing force requirements of the structure under the earthquake action, and the earthquake resistance of the structure is improved.
