The invention discloses a guiding adjusting device of a single-column steel pipe tower high-altitude unmanned guiding installation platform. The guiding adjusting device comprises two semicircular devices, wherein the two semicircular devices are connected through connecting explosive bolts; each semicircular device comprises an upper-layer fixing plate, a lower-layer fixing plate and a side plate used for connecting the upper-layer fixing plate with the lower-layer fixing plate; the upper-layer fixing plates are further connected with positioning slopes with the wide upper portions and the narrow lower portions; the side plates are provided with guiding sliding grooves; annular gears are arranged on the peripheries of the side plates; and transposition mechanical arm devices are arranged on the side faces of the upper-layer fixing plates. The guiding adjusting device can rapidly carry out concentric and axial rotation adjustment on a conical steel pipe at the upper end, the installation precision is improved, and the installation speed is increased.
