The non-grouting anchor rod structure comprises an anchor rod body, wherein the anchor rod body is fixedly provided with a plurality of anchoring pieces in a sleeved mode; the anchoring pieces comprise first anchoring rods, the first anchoring rods are hinged to the anchor rod body, and elastic pieces are arranged between the first anchoring rods and the anchor rod body; and the anchoring pieces further comprise a plurality of second anchoring rods, the second anchoring rods are fixedly arranged on the sides, away from the anchor rod body, of the first anchoring rods, and the second anchoring rods are obliquely arranged towards the inserting ends, away from the anchor rod body, of the first anchoring rods. The non-grouting anchor rod structure and the construction method thereof have the effects of improving the construction efficiency of an anchor rod, shortening the construction period of the anchor rod, protecting the environment and saving energy.
