The invention discloses a shared intelligent lock which comprises a plug pin, a first circuit board, a first conductive contact piece, a lock body, a second circuit board and a second conductive contact piece. The first circuit board is arranged on the plug pin, and identifiable marks are stored in the first circuit board; the first conductive contact piece is arranged on the bolt and is electrically connected with the first circuit board; the bolt is inserted into the lock body, and the lock body is used for locking or loosening the bolt; the second circuit board is arranged on the lock body, and the second circuit board is used for receiving the identifier; the second conductive contact piece is arranged on the lock body and is electrically connected with the second circuit board; the lock body locks the bolt when the bolt is inserted, the second conductive contact piece is in contact conduction with the first conductive contact piece so as to enable the second circuit board to receive the identification from the first circuit board, and the lock body loosens the bolt when identification verification fails. By implementing the method and the device, the return can be realized under the condition that the identification is successfully verified, and the return cannot be successfully realized in any other return mode, so that the false return in a violent mode is effectively prevented.
