This lithium composite oxide sintered body plate has a porous structure in which a plurality of primary particles of a lithium composite oxide having a layered halite structure are bonded together, wherein the sintered body plate has a porosity of 15-50%, the proportion of primary particles having an average tilt angle of more than 0 degree and not more than 30 degrees, the average tilt angle being the average value of an angle between the (003) plane of the plurality of primary particles and the plate surface of the sintered body plate, is 60% or more, the sintered body plate contains one or more additive elements selected from Nb, Ti, and W, and the added amount of the additive elements is 0.01-2.0 wt% with respect to the entirety of the sintered body plate.
