The invention relates to a ship body supporting structure of a double-layer train trestle. The ship body supporting structure comprises an upper-layer trestleship body supporting structure and a lower-layer trestle ship body supporting structure, the trestle ship body supporting structure comprises a trestle part and a ship body part; the ship body part comprises a vertical supporting plate transversely extending out of a ship body; a supporting panel with an upward arc-shaped bearing face is fixedly arranged on the vertical supporting plate; a rail web plate for supporting a train rail and adjusting the height of the train rail is arranged on a train deck of the ship body part; and the trestle part comprises an arc-shaped carrying plate matched with the supporting panel. The arc-shaped carrying plate is matched with the arc-shaped supporting panel, so that a certain seawater and tidal range fluctuation of a port can be allowed, and flexible connection is achieved. The height of the ship body part of the trestle ship body supporting structure is low so as to meet the height requirement of a vehicle cabin; and the lower-layer ship body part is high, so that the structural stability is improved.
