According to the invention, the oil sludge curing agent is dried, so the long-time storage quality of the oil sludge curing agent is ensured; a device used in the method is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to mount; an arranged motor I can drive a dewatering barrel to rotate integrally through a driving gear and a driven gear for dewatering, and thus, sludge dewatering efficiency is improved and production efficiency is also enhanced.
本发明公开了用压滤土制备油泥固化剂的方法，解决了现有的压滤土制备油泥固化剂的效率比较低，且需要用到好多设备进行制备，这样不仅转运比较麻烦和不便，另外制备后的质量也得不到保证的问题，本发明中对油泥固化剂进行干燥处理，从而确保了油泥固化剂长时间保存的质量，发明具有结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便，设置的电机一，能够通过主动齿轮和从动齿轮带动脱水筒体整体旋转进行脱水，从而提高了淤泥去水的效率，也就提高了生产的效率。
