Preparation process of freezing-resistant high-strength concrete
The invention discloses a preparation process of freezing-resistant high-strength concrete, and relates to the technical field of concrete. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding ordinary Portland cement, metakaolin, limestone powder and rice hull ash into a stirrer for dry mixing, then adding coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, and uniformly mixing; adding vinyl acetate/diatomite hydrogel and a part of the air-entraining and water-reducing agent into a mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polydimethylsiloxane and a part of water, and stirring to obtain a pre-mixture; and sequentially adding the other part of the air entraining and water reducing agent, a composite expanding agent and the other part of the water into the stirrer, slowly stirring while adding the pre-mixture, and quickly stirring to obtain the required high-strength concrete. The high-freezing-resistance and high-strength concrete provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, excellent in low shrinkage, high in crack resistance and durability and excellent in weather resistance, and the service life of the high-freezing-resistance and high-strength concrete is prolonged.
本发明公开一种抗冻性的高强度混凝土的制备工艺,涉及混凝土技术领域。本发明公开的抗冻性的高强度混凝土的制备工艺的步骤为:将普通硅酸盐水泥、偏高岭土、石灰石粉、稻壳灰加入到搅拌机中干拌,然后再加入粗集料、细集料混合均匀;再将乙酸乙烯/硅藻土水凝胶、部分引气减水剂加入到脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷和部分水的混合物中,搅拌得预混合物;将另一部分的引气减水剂、复合膨胀剂和另一部分的水依次加入到搅拌机中,边缓慢搅拌边加入预混合物,快速搅拌,即得所需的高强度混凝土。本发明提供了一种高抗冻性高强度的混凝土,其制备工艺简单,还具有优异的低收缩、高抗裂性和耐久性,具有优异的耐候性能,延长了本发明的使用寿命。
