According to the method, the dazzling glaze is applied to the white blank before and after the fine carving ink is applied, after firing, a large number of anorthite crystals are generated by a glaze layer, diffuse reflection is generated by light, the light fall visual effect is formed, the glossiness after firing is 50-63 degrees, and the variable dazzle effect is formed under the irradiation of lamplight by combination of the fine carving ink and bright and matting combination; the glaze layer has good transparency and wear resistance, is smooth in hand feeling, and has good embossed feeling.
本发明涉及建筑陶瓷技术领域,具体公开一种具有炫光浮凸效果的瓷砖及其制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:S1.向白坯施加第一道炫光釉;S2.采用数码喷墨及精雕墨水打印图案;S3.施加第二道炫光釉;S4.烧制;所述的炫光釉包括如下重量份组分:钙钠斜长石48~54重量份;石英20~25重量份;水洗高岭土5~8重量份;硅灰石15~22重量份;煅烧高岭土2~5重量份;烧滑石3~6份以及高温亮光干粒4~8份。本发明中,在施加精雕墨水的前后向白坯施加炫光釉,烧成后釉层析出大量的钙长石晶体,光线产生漫反射,形成光线落差视觉效果,且烧成后光泽度为50~63度,结合精雕墨水,亮亚结合,在灯光照射下,形成变化的炫光效果,釉层具有较好的透明度及耐磨性,手感润滑,具有较好的浮凸感。
