The invention discloses a die ridging shoulder construction tool and method thereof, belonging to the field of municipal construction. According to the invention, a movable device is arranged at the upper end of a base; two rectangular grooves are formed in the bottom end of a base body; each group comprises two movable plates I and two movable plates II, one ends of the two movable plates II are hinged to each other, a hinge point is arranged in and movably connected with a corresponding rectangular groove through a shaft, one end of each movable plate I is hinged to the lower end of the corresponding movable plate II, and the other ends of the two movable plates I are connected to the central shaft of a corresponding roller through bearings; a groove and two threaded holes are formed in the center of the top end of the base body; the lower end of a sliding plate is connected with two screws through bearings, the lower end of each screw is in threaded connection with one corresponding threaded hole, the lower end of the sliding plate is further fixedly connected with a plurality of push rods, the lower end of each push rod penetrates through the base body to be located in the corresponding rectangular groove, and the lower end of each push rod is in contact sliding fit with the corresponding movable plate II; and the sliding plate is further provided with a round hole vertically penetrating through the sliding plate.
