According to the device, a pressing plate moves downwards to be in contact with a touch switch, so a motor works, a connecting rope is pulled, the pressing plate and the transmission rod are pulled upwards, and the transmission rod can be moved out of a pit in time during detection rotation; and thus, damage to the transmission rod is avoided, and it is also guaranteed that the detection device can work continuously.
