According to the invention, stones and dust on the ground are removed through sweeping and cleaning devices, sand attached to the ground can be removed through a barrier removing plate, and then the sand is removed to a road needing marking through the sweeping device, so the ground is cleaned more thoroughly, and the effects of thorough cleaning and high cleaning efficiency are achieved; and an adjustable spraying opening is adopted, so marking is convenient.
