The invention provides an integral prefabrication construction method for a steel bent cap. The method mainly comprises the steps: machining a steel main beam and a steel stand column in a factory, constructing a pier body concrete column, and embedding all pre-embedded parts; pre-embedding a steel plate and a temporary fixing anchor bolt in the concrete column, aligning the steel plate at the bottom of the steel column with the pre-embedded steel plate after the steel structure is mounted in place, fixing the steel column, and hoisting the steel bent cap; then pouring encased concrete, pouring non-shrinkage compensation concrete into the steel column to the bottom of the bent cap, and after the strength of the steel stand column meets the design requirement, carrying out beam erection; hoisting the steel beam and butting the steel beam with the steel stand column; and finally, welding a support for positioning the steel stand column and the steel main beam, removing a steel wire rope and a balance weight are removed, rotating a locomotive crane to the periphery of the existing road, and realizing a blocking command. 本发明创造提供了一种钢盖梁整体预制施工方法,主要步骤包括:在工厂分别加工钢主梁及钢立柱,进行墩身混凝土柱施工,并埋入所有预埋件;之后混凝土柱内预埋钢板和临时固定锚栓,待钢结构安装就位后,将钢柱底部钢板与预埋钢板对齐,固定钢柱,再吊装钢盖梁;然后在浇筑外包混凝土并往钢柱内灌注无收缩补偿混凝土至盖梁梁底,待钢立柱强度达到设计要求后,进行架梁施工;吊装钢梁,与钢立柱对接好;焊接定位钢立柱与钢主梁的马板,最后拆除钢丝绳和配重,机车吊旋转至既有路外围,解除封锁命令。本发明方法钢主梁整体在工厂预制,运输到现场与墩身预埋件吊装焊接组装,施工工序少,方便快捷,减少危险源,可以大大缩短施工工期。
