The upward end of a main frame steel pipe forms a hanging rod of the sliding vehicle; a bearing pulley supporting rod perpendicular to steel pipe is arranged at the top of the hanging rod; two bearing pulleys are arranged on the downward side of the bearing pulley supporting rod; guide pulley supporting rods perpendicular to the steel pipe are arranged on the two sides of the hanging rod; two guide pulleys are arranged on the inward side of the guide pulley supporting rod on each side; a hanging basket is formed at the downward end of the steel pipe in the direction opposite to the hanging rod; a hanging basket bottom bearing rod is arranged on the transverse section of the bottom of the hanging basket.
