The water replenishing pipe is a water replenishing steel pipe, the energy dissipation pool is a water replenishing steel pipe outlet water gathering pool, the brackets are located at the top of the energy dissipation pool and are used for supporting the energy dissipation cover plates, the energy dissipation cover plates are located on the brackets, gaps between the energy dissipation cover plates are different, water replenishing outflow is relatively uniform, water replenishing flow enters a fishway from the gaps between the energy dissipation cover plates, and a large-scale turbulence vortex group is forcibly changed into small-scale vortex groups; after the size of the vortex is reduced, viscous shear stress easily converts turbulent kinetic energy into fluid internal energy to be dissipated, and the turbulent kinetic energy in the fishway is reduced; and the water permeable grating is fixed to the energy dissipation cover plates, a water replenishing water body enters the fishway from the energy dissipation pool through secondary energy dissipation of the energy dissipation cover plates, disorder of the water body caused by water replenishing can be reduced to the maximum extent, and smooth migration of fishes in the fishway is ensured.
