Polypropylene fiber reinforced cement-soil mixing pile and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a polypropylene fiber reinforced cement soil mixing pile and a construction technology thereof. The mixing pile is composed of raw material soil, ordinary Portland cement, polypropylene fibers, water and a high-performance water reducing agent. The content of each component is as follows: 89% of a soil sample, 7% of ordinary Portland cement, 0.4% of polypropylene fiber, 3.5% of water and 0.1% of a high-performance water reducing agent. The novel mixing pile construction technology comprises the steps that firstly, polypropylene fibers and a soil sample are evenly mixed and stirred; then preparing polypropylene fiber cement mixed slurry; then a motor is started, mixed slurry is extruded out of a slurry spraying opening through a mortar pump, and the drill rod is lifted to the designed elevation while slurry spraying stirring is conducted; and finally, sinking, lifting, guniting and stirring are repeated, and the polypropylene fiber reinforced cement soil stirring pile is formed. Compared with a traditional mixing pile, the novel reinforced mixing pile has high tensile and compressive strength and shear strength, the anti-seepage, anti-deformation and early strength capacity of cement soil is improved, and high economic benefits, environmental benefits and practical value are achieved.
