The invention provides a rapid sludge removing device for a water conservancy project. The rapid sludge removing device comprises an extraction structure and a sealing structure, the extraction structure comprises a concentration frame, a moving frame and a first limiting block, the sealing structure comprises a sealing frame, and the lower end of the concentration frame is accommodated in the moving frame and is in sliding connection with the inner surface of the moving frame; the concentration frame is provided with a plurality of first through holes located in the outer circumferential face of the lower end of the concentration frame and a groove which is located in the outer circumferential face of the concentration frame and extends in the height direction, and the outer circumferential face of the lower end of the movable frame is provided with a plurality of second through holes communicating with the first through holes; and the upper end of the concentration frame is accommodated in the sealing frame and is in sliding connection with the inner surface of the sealing frame. When sludge needs to be extracted, the first through holes communicate with the second through holes, the sealing frame moves upwards so that external sludge can be extracted into the concentration frame through the first through holes and the second through holes, and after extraction is completed, the moving frame moves downwards and blocks the first through holes so that the sludge can be concentrated in the concentration frame and cannot be discharged.
